Available in the digital workplace Control Panel, the EAP gives Enterprise administrators the ability to manage a Networked Enterprise. The EAP contains two sections, one to manage Communities and another to manage People. The EAP is displayable in either English or French.
Note: The EAP is only available in workplaces that are part of a Networked Enterprise.
Communities page
The Communities page displays every workplace within the Networked Enterprise. You can use the search box at the top of the page to refine the list of workplaces.
From the Communities page:
- Create new spokes
- Delete existing spokes
- Mark spokes as templates
- Manage authentication settings
- Setting the limits of a hub or spoke digital workplace
- Change a spokes name and URL
- Selecting which languages and features are available in a hub or spoke
Networked Enterprise limits are shown at the top of the Communities page.
Members page
The Members page displays every member of the Enterprise. You can use the search box and administrator filter at the top of the page to refine the member list. The administrator filter displays only EAP Administrators.
Clicking on the dropdown menu located to the right of a member's name provides the ability to make a member an EAP Administrator, or demote an EAP Administrator a regular member. Someone displayed as a member on this page may still be a Workplace Administrator within the Enterprise.
