Enterprise Administration Panel (EAP)

The Enterprise Administration Panel (EAP), available in the digital workplace Control Panel, allows enterprise administrators to manage a Networked Enterprise. It is only available in workplaces that are part of a Networked Enterprise. It can be displayed in either English or Parisian French.

To go to the Enterprise Administration Panel: 

  1. While signed into a digital workplace that is part of your Networked Enterprise, on the Userbar, select Control Panel
  2. Under Resources, select EAP

The EAP contains two management sections: one for digital workplace workplaces and another for people. 

Workplaces page

The Workplaces page displays every workplace within the Networked Enterprise. The search box at the top of the page allows you to refine the list of workplaces. On this page, you can: 

Members page

The Members page displays every member of the Enterprise. To refine the member list, use the search box and the filter at the top of the page. By default, the page displays only EAP administrators.

You can update a member's EAP Administrator status by selecting the dropdown beside their name and choosing their level of access. A member on this page may still be a workplace administrator within the Enterprise. For more information on managing enterprise administrators, see Managing enterprise administrators.
