Email notifications allow you to keep up to date with what is happening in your digital workplace. However, if you are using the mobile app, you may want to cut back on the number of email notifications you receive since you will also receive them in the app's feed. You can change whether you receive the following types of email notifications:
- All @mentions
- All instant subscriptions
The settings for these notifications are synced between the digital workplace app and the browser experience of your digital workplace. However, these notifications will still appear in your mobile app's Notification and Feed tabs. In the app, these notification settings are managed from the Settings menu.

Manage your notifications
- On the Userbar, select your name (User Menu).
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select Subscription settings.
- Toggle these settings as needed:
- Send me email notifications when I am @mentioned
- Send me email notifications for all my instant subscriptions
- Select Save. Changes to your automatic subscription settings are not retroactive.
