The Integrations widget provides access to the integrations that a digital workplace has purchased. These widgets enhance a workplace by adding the functionality of third-party applications to any Page or Space. After selecting a widget, its properties must then be configured from within the Integrations widget.
Contact your Customer Success Manager or email the Customer Success Team to add an integration to your digital workplace.

Considerations and caveats
- Authentication: Users must sign in to most integrations to use them.
- Search: Information displayed in the Integrations widget is kept and secured by the providers of the service. Igloo search has no access to that information. However, some integrations have a built-in search feature.
- Data: Beyond authentication and authorization, no data from a connected integration ever passes through or gets stored on Igloo servers. In regards to authentication, information is passed from the browser to the integration's service endpoints back to an Igloo proxy that is then picked up by the browser.
Set up
- Place an Integrations widget on a page, space, or dashboard. For more information, see Placing and setting up a widget.
- Select the placed widget's Edit button.
- On the Options tab, select the Igloo Integration Library.
- Find and select the integration that you want to set up.
- Configure the selected integration. These options will vary depending on which integration is being set up. Refer to that integration's documentation to learn more about its available options.
- In the widget editor, select Update to apply your changes or Cancel to discard them.
- At the bottom of your page, space, or dashboard, select Publish or Save as Draft to save your changes.
