Considerations

  • Editing is disabled: If you cannot edit a user's profile as outlined below as an enterprise or workplace administrator, your digital workplace may be configured to prevent administrators from editing profiles. To change this, you must contact the Igloo Support Team.
  • Automated user management: If your digital workplace uses the Igloo LDAP Sync Tool (ILST) to manage users, any changes you make to a user's profile may be overridden when the sync next runs.
  • Bulk changes: To make changes to many profiles when you are not using the ILST, you can use Bulk Upload. Except for the ILST, there is not currently a method to bulk update user profile photos.

Who can do this?

  • Enterprise administrators
  • Workplace administrators
