Use bookmarks to create convenient quick links to the content inside your digital workplace or to external resources.

Features
There are two categories of bookmarks:
- My Bookmarks: Members can add, edit, and remove bookmarks in the My Bookmarks section. Each user's bookmarks are unique and private.
- Workplace Bookmarks: Administrators can add bookmarks to the Workplace Bookmarks section, which are visible to everyone in the digital workplace.
You can sort bookmarks by:
- Oldest to Newest
- Newest to Oldest
- A to Z
- Z to A
- Custom Order: This option is for the My Bookmarks section only. You can create a custom order by selecting Edit and then reordering your bookmarks.
- Recommended: This option is for the Workplace Bookmarks section only. Users can select this option to sort Workplace Bookmarks as organized by administrators. Administrators can select Edit, found under Workplace Bookmarks, to sort Workplace Bookmarks.
Add personal bookmarks
All members of the digital workplace can add personal bookmarks:
- Go to the page in the digital workplace you want to add as a bookmark.
- On the Userbar, select
Bookmarks.
- In the My Bookmarks section, select + Add.
- The Title and URL fields will automatically fill in based on your current location within your digital workplace. You can replace this with an external link. The URL must be absolute (the full path of the location) and can't be a mailto link.
- Select Save.
Add workplace bookmarks
Enterprise and workplace administrators can add workplace bookmarks:
- Go to the page in the digital workplace you want to add as a bookmark.
- On the Userbar, select
Bookmarks.
- In the Workplace Bookmarks section, select + Add.
- The Title and URL fields will automatically fill in based on your current location within your digital workplace. You can replace this with an external link. The URL must be absolute (the full path of the location) and can't be a mailto link.
- Select Save.
Edit bookmarks
All digital workplace members can edit their personal bookmarks. Enterprise and workplace administrators can edit workplace bookmarks.
- On the Userbar, select Bookmarks.
- Select Edit in the My Bookmarks or Workplace Bookmarks sections. You can do the following to modify the bookmarks:
- Delete a bookmark: Select X next to a bookmark to remove it.
- Rename a bookmark: Select a bookmark's name to enter a new title.
- Sort bookmarks: Select and drag the = icon next to a bookmark to change its position. This option is only available if Custom Order sorting has been selected or for administrators editing Workplace Bookmarks.
- Select Save.
