Changing your email

The ability to modify your email address depends on the authentication method that manages how you log into your digital workplace. If you use Igloo Authentication, changing your email will change what email you log in with and the email that receives notifications. However, if you use SAML Authentication, you can only change your Preferred Email, which controls what email address receives notifications.

Change your email

Users who authenticate with Igloo authentication can change their email from the Login Settings page of their Personal Profile.

  1. Select your Name on the Userbar.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Select Edit Profile.
  4. Select Login Settings.
  5. Enter your new email in the provided text fields and your password to confirm the change.
  6. Select Change Email.

Change your Preferred Email

Users who authenticate with SSO can change their Preferred Email from the Email Settings page of their Personal Profile.

  1. Select your Name on the Userbar.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Select Edit Profile.
  4. Select Email Settings.
  5. Enter your new email in the provided text fields.
  6. Select Change Email.
