Capture a network trace

When troubleshooting issues in your digital workplace with the Igloo Support team, they may ask you to provide a network trace. For an effective trace, your browser's monitoring tools must be open while you repeat the action causing an issue. Once you have captured and exported a network trace with your browser, you can attach the trace file to your communications with the Igloo Support team.
