When troubleshooting SSO sign-in issues in your digital workplace with the Igloo Support team, they may ask you to provide them with a SAML trace. For an effective trace, your browser's monitoring tools must be open and configured properly while you repeat the action leading up to the issue. Once you have captured and exported a SAML trace, you can attach the trace file to your communications with the Igloo Support team.
