You can create a dashboard that is available to all workplace members or a specific subset of members. Members with access can view it on their Dashboards page from the Userbar.
Your digital workplace can have multiple workplace dashboards.

Considerations
- Turn dashboards on: To create new dashboards, your digital workplace must have workplace dashboards turned on; see Dashboards.

Visibility: New workplace dashboards are automatically hidden from navigation and must be manually unhidden. You can unhide them by:
- On the Userbar, select
Control Panel.
- Under Presentation, select Site Manager.
- Beside the dashboard, select
Actions.
- Select Navigation and then Show from the dropdown.
- Select Save.
- On the Userbar, select
Who can do this?
- Enterprise administrators
- Workplace administrators
- Space administrators (within their space)
Create a workplace dashboard
To create a new workplace dashboard:
- How you start depends on your role in the digital workplace:
- If you are an enterprise administrator or workplace administrator:
- On the Userbar, select
Control Panel.
- Under Presentation, select Site Manager.
- On the Userbar, select
- If you are a space administrator:
- Navigate to the space and select
Administration.
- Select Navigation.
- Navigate to the space and select
- If you are an enterprise administrator or workplace administrator:
- Select Add and then Dashboard.
- In the Add Dashboard window, complete the following fields:
- Dashboard Title: Enter a name for the dashboard.

Location: Select where to place the dashboard. To select a page or space:
- Select the Location dropdown.
- Search for a page or space by its name. Up to 100 matching results will appear. Results also display the parent locations of matching pages and spaces.
- Select a page or space from the list of search results.
- URL Identifier: Enter the URL pathname for the dashboard.
- Select Add.
After creating the workplace dashboard, you can configure the following:
Edit a workplace dashboard
To edit a workplace dashboard:
- How you start depends on your role in the digital workplace:
- If you are an enterprise administrator or workplace administrator:
- On the Userbar, select
Control Panel.
- Under Presentation, select Site Manager.
- On the Userbar, select
- If you are a space administrator:
- Navigate to the space and select
Administration.
- Select Navigation.
- Navigate to the space and select
- If you are an enterprise administrator or workplace administrator:
- Select
Actions and then Edit.
- (Optional) If there is a saved draft, the latest saved draft will open for editing. Select Switch to published version to edit the current dashboard instead of the draft.
- (Optional) To revert to a previous version, select the Version History dropdown and choose a version of the dashboard. It will automatically load this version but not apply it.
- Update the widgets on the dashboard as needed. See the Widgets and Placing a Widget for help building the dashboard.
- Select Publish Dashboard.
Delete a workplace dashboard
When deleted, workplace dashboards can be recovered from the Trash Can. To delete a workplace dashboard:
- How you start depends on your role in the digital workplace:
- If you are an enterprise administrator or workplace administrator:
- On the Userbar, select
Control Panel.
- Under Presentation, select Site Manager.
- On the Userbar, select
- If you are a space administrator:
- Navigate to the space and select
Administration.
- Select Navigation.
- Navigate to the space and select

- Select
Actions and then Delete.
- When prompted, select Yes.
