To Dos - Userbar Quicklink

The To dos Userbar quicklink offers digital workplace members a fast way to access or create new personal tasks. It also displays a count of items in your current To dos list. See To dos - Userbar menu.

Who can do this?

  • Any digital workplace member

Create a new Task

  1. On the Userbar, select To dos.
  2. Select + Create a new task.
  3. Configure the following task details: 
    1. Task name: Enter a task name. 
    2. Description: (Optional) Using the WYSIWYG editor, enter a description for the task. 
    3. Due date: (Optional) Select ADD A DUE DATE and then a time from the dropdown. 
    4. Due time: (Optional) Once a due date is selected, you can select ADD A SPECIFIC TIME and choose a time. 
    5. Private task: (Optional) If the task list is not your Personal Tasks list, you may select the checkbox to make it a private task on that list. 
    6. Priority: (Optional) Select a priority of Low, Normal, or High.
    7. Task List: (Optional) Select a different task list. 
  4. Select Create task.
