Deleting content sends it to the digital workplace's Trash Can. Once in the Trash Can, the content remains there for 30 days before being permanently deleted. During this 30-day retention period, administrators can recover and restore the content and any nested content to their previous location. This functionality provides a way of recovering content that was accidentally deleted.

Content in the Trash Can
Content in the Trash Can does not count against the digital workplace's storage limit. However, the URL and name used by the deleted content will be reserved until it is permanently deleted.
When viewing the Trash Can, 10 items are displayed at a time, and further items can be displayed by selecting the arrow buttons below the list. You can sort the Trash Can by Created by, Deleted by, and Date deleted fields to help locate content items to restore.
Objects that don't go to the Trash Can when deleted
The following content types will not go to the Trash Can when directly deleted:
Recovering content from the Trash Can
To recover objects from the trash can as an enterprise or workplace administrator, see Recovering objects from the digital workplace's Trash Can.
To recover objects from the trash can as a space administrator, see Recovering objects from a Space's Trash Can.
