File Manager records any errors it encounters in a logs folder on your device. When troubleshooting an issue, it can be helpful to check this location to see if any errors have been logged. These log files are separated by day.

How to find File Manager's log files
- In File Manager, select Help followed by Display Error Logs. This will open the folder on your device where log files are stored.
- Find the log file that corresponds to the day where your issue occurred. Log files use the naming convention YYYY-MM-DD-error.log.
