The File Manager records any errors in a logs folder on your device. When troubleshooting an issue, you can check this location to see if any errors have been logged. These log files are separated by day.

Find File Manager's log files
- In File Manager, select Help and then Display Error Logs. The folder on your device where log files are stored will be opened.
- Find the log file that corresponds to the day when your issue occurred. Log files use the naming convention YYYY-MM-DD-error.log.
- (Optional) If you are working with the Igloo Support Team, attach this log file to your support ticket.
