The Igloo Org Chart integration widget provides a portal into your Azure Active Directory where you can view the managers and direct reports of the members of your company.
When a user clicks the ellipses in the top right corner of a profile card, the widget provides contact information for members of their Azure AD, where available. This can include their position, phone number, email address, and address, as well as a "sip" message link that will open your native messaging service on your computer.

Set up
- Place an
Integrations widget on a page, space, or dashboard. For more information, see Placing and setting up a widget.
- Select the placed widget's Edit button.
- Under Integration Library, select Igloo Integration Library.
- Select Igloo Org Chart Azure AD List View from the library.
- Review and make changes to the settings on the Options and Appearance tabs. You can find details about the widget's settings in the Settings section below.
- In the widget editor, select Update to apply your changes.
- At the bottom of your page, space, or dashboard, select Publish or Save as Draft to save your changes.
Authorize the Org Chart
The first time you set up the Org Chart in your digital workplace, you must authorize the integration with Azure. Authorization to allow the widget to query your AD can only come from one of your Microsoft Administrators. To authorize:
- In the widget's options, select Show Admin Login, save this change, and publish the page.
- Your organization's Global Admin for O365/Microsoft (not Igloo admin) needs to select Sign in as Microsoft Admin. The Global Admin will be prompted to authorize on behalf of their entire organization.
- Once the widget has been authorized, it no longer needs the Microsoft Admin sign-in link. You can turn it off by editing your page and widget again and deselecting Show Admin Login.

Enter a title for the widget. The title appears as a heading above the widget's contents. You should use the title to provide context to the widget and better structure a page's content by clearly denoting different sections. Enter the URL of a location in your digital workplace. Members who click the widget's title, if it has one, will go to this location. You can enter your Microsoft tenant ID if you have one. By default, it is common. Refer to Microsoft's article, Find your Office 365 tenant ID (Microsoft), for instructions on locating this value. |

Use this option to have the Org Chart open on a certain user rather than the logged in user. This can either be the user's ID or the userPrincipalName in Azure. |
| Profile Photo |
Select whether the Org Chart will use photos from Azure active directory, or Igloo. |
| UserEmailField |
The field name in your Azure active directory that stores user's emails. By default, this will be userPrincipalName. |
| Show Send Message |
Enables or disables the SIP messaging function. It is enabled by default. |
| Hide Disabled Accounts |
This feature, enabled by default, prevents AD profiles that are marked as Disabled from displaying in the widget. This features checks the accountEnabled property which is carried over to Azure from on-premises ADs via DirSync. |

Allows you to filter users based on a Microsoft Graph User Property (Microsoft). Select one of the following filter options: None, City, Country, Department, Job Title, State, or User Type. Refer to the Property fields section below to learn how these options map to your AD fields. See Property fields section below. |

User Property Values to Include |
Enter a comma-separated list of values associated with the selected User Property. Only users who match any of these properties will be displayed. A maximum of seven values can be entered. Do not include spaces around the separator commas. For example, if you have selected to filter on Job Title, entering the property values of "Knowledge Manager, Support Technician" will result in only users with the title Knowledge Manager or Support Technician being displayed in the widget. See Property fields section below. Anyone outside of the scope of the filter will not appear in the widget. This will also limit who will appear in search and in reporting chains. |
Appearance tab

| Height |
Select the height of the widget. The default value is Auto (leftmost slider position) scales the widget's height to fit its contents. You can use the slider to set a fixed height between 50px to 600px in increments of 50px. Selecting a height less than what is needed to display its contents results in the widget having a vertical scrollbar. |
Note
Your digital workplace's theme overwrites many of the settings on the Appearance tab. However, the settings listed above are usable.

Is there an API available to customize the Igloo Org Chart for my organization?
There is currently no API for the Igloo Org Chart.
Does the Igloo Org Chart work with an on-premise installation of Active Directory?
Igloo Org Chart is designed to be used with Active Directory in the Microsoft Azure cloud.
Customers could use an on-premise installation of Active Directory using the Azure AD Connect tool (Microsoft), in a synchronized or federated manner.

How do I get pictures in my Azure Org Chart?
The Azure Org Chart widget requires Exchange Online in order to supply pictures for members to the widget. Azure instances without Exchange Online will not show images for their members.
