Prevent blog body content from being included in email notifications to help drive traffic to your digital workplace. You can configure this at the channel level to have all new articles inherit this behavior. However, authors may override this setting while drafting their content.

Considerations
- Default behavior: New blog channels will display the body content of articles in email notifications by default. However, the default behavior of a new blog article will depend on the channel's notification setting.
Who can do this?
- Enterprise administrators
- Workplace administrators
- Space administrators
- Members of the digital workplace with Edit or Full access
Turn blog body content in email notifications off for all new articles on a blog channel
You must have at least Edit access to the blog channel to follow these steps:
- Go to the blog channel you want to edit.
- Select Actions and then Settings.
- Under Notification Settings, select By default, remove the body content from email notifications of articles published within this channel. When selected, notifications for new articles will only include the article's title, summary, and a link to the content.
- Select Save.
Turn blog body content in email notifications off for individual articles
You must have at least Edit access to the blog article to follow these steps:
- Go to the blog article you want to edit. It can be in either a draft state or already published.
- Select Actions and then Edit.
- Select Advanced Options.
- Under Notification Settings, select By default, remove the body content from email notifications of articles published within this channel. When selected, notifications will only include the article's title, summary, and a link to the content.
- Select Save changes or Save draft.
