Managing broadcast and message email notifications

You can turn on or off whether you are sent email notifications for broadcasts and messages.

Considerations

• Viewing messages: Regardless of this setting, you can view broadcast and email notifications on your Messages page or by selecting Messages on the Userbar.
• Mobile app: If you turn off email notifications for broadcasts, new broadcasts will no longer appear in the mobile app's notification feed, and you will not receive push notifications for broadcasts.

Manage broadcast and message email notifications

1. Go to your Messages page in one of the following ways:
   • On the Userbar, select Messages and then View all Messages.
   • On the Userbar, select your Name and then Messages.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the Messages page.
3. Select Disable Notifications or Enable Notifications.
