Permanent action: You cannot recover any previous Points and Status information after you complete a reset.
Who can do this?
- Enterprise administrators
- Workplace administrators
- Members of groups with the Manage Reputation role
Reset Points and Status
- Select Control Panel.
- Under Membership, select Points and Status.
- In the Upload requirements section, select Reset All.
- When prompted, select Ok.
