Users are not receiving notifications from the digital workplace

Whether creating content on subscribed channels, @mentioning other users, or broadcasting to groups, no members of the digital workplace are receiving the associated email notifications. 

Cause: Internal mail servers are blocking emails from the digital workplace

Resolve by whitelisting the Igloo mail server IP address and adding SPF records

Your email server administrator should ensure that the IP address and SPF record of Igloo's mail server are whitelisted. If you are not using a CNAME, the MX Record associated with the Igloo mail server should also be specified to make sure these email notifications are routed correctly.
