Whether creating content on subscribed channels, @mentioning other users, or broadcasting to groups, no members of the digital workplace are receiving the associated email notifications.
Cause: Internal mail servers are blocking emails from the digital workplace
Resolve by allowlisting the Igloo mail server IP address and adding SPF records
Your email server administrator should ensure that Igloo's mail server's IP address and SPF record are allowlisted. If you are not using a CNAME, the MX Record associated with the Igloo mail server should also be specified to ensure that these email notifications are routed correctly.
