Show or hide the Digital Assistant by groups

Show or hide the Digital Assistant by groups. The Digital Assistant toolbar will only be visible to users of the selected groups.

Show or hide the Digital Assistant by groups

Only workplace administrators can follow the steps to show or hide the Digital Assistant by groups.

1. Select  Control Panel.
2. Under Optimization, select Digital Assistant.
3. Under Show toolbar to: 
   • Select which groups to show the toolbar to. To find a group, start typing the name of a group or space in the provided field or use the provided dropdown to view the list of groups in your digital workplace.
   • Remove which groups can see the toolbar by selecting the X next to their name. You can also remove all currently selected groups by selecting the X to the right of this field.
4. Select Save changes.
