Show or hide the Digital Assistant by groups. The Digital Assistant toolbar or floating action button will only be visible to users of the selected groups.

Show or hide the Digital Assistant by groups
- Select
Control Panel.
- Under Optimization, select Digital Assistant.
- Under Show toolbar to:
- Find a group to which the toolbar should be shown, enter the name of a group or space in the provided field, or use the provided dropdown to select from a group list.
- Remove which groups can see the toolbar by selecting the X next to their name or by selecting the X to the right of this field to remove all currently selected groups.
- Select Save changes.
