Add a calendar event
Click Add an event on your calendar page (Fig. 1.1)

Add meeting details: Title, Location, Schedule (time,) Summary, Reminder, and an attachment. To Invite Attendees to your meeting, just type their name and our search will find them and notify them.
You can also add meetings to your calendar directly by downloading the contact card for your calendar and including the email address as an attendee to your Outlook meeting.
Edit a calendar event
Click on the name of the calendar event to open it (Fig. 1.2)

Click on the Actions menu and select Edit (Fig. 1.3)

Export a calendar event
Click the icon on the far right-hand side of the calendar event to save it as a *.ICS file (Fig. 1.4)
