Create a calendar event through email
An Igloo calendar has an email address associated with it that is either auto-generated, or you may create one with a custom username for ease of use (Fig 3.1)
Adding the email address into Microsoft Outlook as a contact, and then inviting it as an attendee to the meeting will populate the Igloo calendar. It is important to note that the calendar event will only be editable from Outlook.

This functionality is also compatible with other popular 3rd-party organizer applications.
