Blogs - Configuration
On the blog page press the Action Button to access the following menu options:

Here you can configure options related to Search Engine Optimization, such as Page Title, Meta Description, and Meta Keywords (Fig. 1.2) In addition, you may configure the following search engine robot paramaters:

Use Google's Keyword Tool to help you generate proper keywords for your web page.
Here you can set user access permissions for the blog.

In this section you will see a history of Drafts, Published and Unpublished blog articles.
This area is particularly useful if the blog is being moderated. For information on how moderation works, and how to configure it, please read the following support documentation: Moderation

After enabling a blog widget (Fig. 2.1,) you may customize the Layout, Appearance, and various Options specific to the functionality of this Widget on your Igloo community.

The most noteworthy feature here is the ability to select which blog data ( Source(s): ) to display inside the widget, in a multi blog Igloo environment. (Fig. 2.2) The user may also configure the number of articles that appear inside the widget.

Standard or Compact are the two available Layouts for a Blog articles Widget. In addition, many customizations can be toggled to display in the Blog feed (Fig. 2.3)
You can choose to include Pinned Items in this Widget, if you enabled them under Settings of the corresponding Blog Channel.

The general appearance of a widget's elements can be configured on the Appearance tab. It provides a graphical interface to alter basic CSS elements. For more information, please refer to our general documentation regarding Widgets
Create a blog post through email
An Igloo blog has an email address associated with it that is either auto-generated, or you may create one with a custom username for ease of use (Fig 3.1)
Adding the email address into your computer or smartphone as a contact, and then sending an email to that address will create a blog article. The subject line of the email will be the Title of the blog article, and the body of the email corresponds to the body of the blog article.

Consider removing your email signature, and any extra information you don't want to appear in the post, prior to sending the email content
