No one wants to read a wall of text. That being said, there's a lot to document about the features and customization possibilities of the Igloo platform.
We have redesigned the Knowledge Base architecture to deliver content fluidly in steps that progress from an end-user perspective to technically complex documentation for Igloo administrators.
The new Knowledge Base landing page will allow you to filter the exact content you wish to see, but each Knowledge Base article will present all four content buckets, enabling quick and easy referencing and navigation.
Get only the information you want, as quickly as possible
Anyone new to using the Igloo will be able to learn and discover the product quickly by browsing the new Introduction and Features section of each Knowledge Base article. Here you will learn how to use Blogs, Calendars, Wikis, and everything else you need to know to be productive in day-to-day use of the Igloo.
IT administrators will be able to bookmark directly to the Configuration and Advanced sections of the Knowledge Base, but we recognize the value in having the end-user documentation available at your finger-tips. Related Links will also offer relevant content in each section of an article.
The robust technical documentation offered here will feature an interactive hovering menu that follows you no matter where you are in the document, making it a breeze to navigate. Your time is valuable, and we don't want you spending any of it digging through lengthy instructions.
