What is the trash can?

The trash can is temporary storage for pages, folders or documents that have been deleted from the community by a user, but not yet permanently erased, allowing an administrator of the community to browse deleted files, undelete those that were deleted by mistake.

How to use the trash can?

To access the trash can, do the following steps:

Step 1: Open the Control Panel clicking the gear on the top right side of your community.

Step 2: Now, click on "Trash Can", under the group Overview.

It will open a list of all recently deleted items.

If you want, click on the name of the item to see details as type, where (locations) and when the item was deleted.

Step 3: Click on the button "Recover" on the side of the item you want to undelete.

Step 4: Confirm your action clicking on "Recover".

You will notice the word "Recovered" on the right side of the item.

You item is active in your community. Done.
