Settings
Community Details
( Control Panel / Settings / Community Details )
Enter and edit your community name, view your community address, name of the person who created the community, date it was created, community size and amount of storage.
Other Settings
( Control Panel / Settings / Other Settings )
Allow you to enable Ratings, Feedback, Broadcast and Mandatory Labels throughout the community.
Public/Private Access
( Control Panel / Settings / Public/Private Access )
You can choose to have a community open to the public or you can make it private so only invited members can participate. This is a setting that can be changed by an administrator at any time.
Page Access
Public: You may choose to have a public community allowing anonymous users to view the content. Even though your community is public you can still set permissions so that only members can see particular objects.
Private: This requires you to invite people to become members of your community before they can enter the community.
Public Registration & Search Access
This affects how the general public uses the site. Members have full functionality.
"Open" enable public registration. Search functionality is available to the general public.
"Closed" Invitations only. Search functionality is NOT available to the general public.
Member Profile Access:
You can choose who can view member profiles (Members only, Administrators or Everyone). Users with insufficient access will be shown a "Page Not Found" message. Note: Contacts can always see each other's profiles."
Points and Status (Optional Module)

Status Levels and Timeline:
Creating different status levels in your community is a great way to encourage activity. As you add to the list of achievements, the required points will be captured on the reward timeline.
Points:
Reward positive behavior by giving users the ability to accumulate points, earn badges and improve their status in the community.
