How to use Search

Use search to find your documents, folders, blogs, forums, albums and wiki articles. Community searches can now be filtered by "Type" or by "Labels" allowing users to refine their searches. Clicking on the Type on the right hand side will filter the results for the specified type (example: Blogs).

Tips and Tricks

  • Use "quotation marks" to search for an exact word or phrase.
  • Eliminate the least specific terms in your search query.
  • Use the AND operator to display search results that contain all of the specified words. For example, the query "Climate Change AND GHG" displays results that contain both the phrase "Climate Change" and the word "GHG."
  • Use the OR operator to display search results that contains at least one of the specified words. For example, the query "Climate Change OR GHG" displays results that contain either the phrase "Climate Change" or the word "GHG," or both.
  • Use the NOT operator to exclude search results that contain a specific word. For example, the query "Climate Change NOT GHG" displays results that contain the phrase "Climate Change" if they do not contain the word "GHG."
