The Pulse application shows you on one page all the activity taking place in your community, from blog posts to forum discussions stay informed of new documents and content as it's created.

Key Features

Display - shows most recent including "today's updates", "yesterday's updates" and the most recent additions; includes forums, gallery images, blogs, documents, and more; recent contributors and recent comments also display
Recent Contributors - view recent contributors to your community; click on their profile to see all of their most recent contributions over the past seven days
Recent Discussions - find out what your peers are talking about - quickly and easily right from the Pulse page.
Group Pulse - show contributions made by a specific group(s)

Pulse is a feature that displays the 'pulse' or most recent items added to your community, including:

Pulse displays the item added and the most recent contributors, making it simple and straightforward for community

NOTE:
The Pulse only displays items that are permissioned for the member viewing it.

Only "additions" to the community are recorded and displayed in the centre column of the page
Displays 7 days history or 50 items (which ever reaches the limit first)
Displays:
- Forum topics & replies (but not categories and forums)
- Images (but not albums)
- Blog articles (but not blog channels)
- Documents added (but not folders or versions)

Things not on Pulse:

New Members
Root level navigational items

To access the Pulse:

Click on Control Panel (the gear on the right top side)
Click on Site Manager. It will show the site map
Pass the mouse over Pulse and click "View" on the drop-down menu.
