Password : Forgot Your Password?
Note: If you are an administrator of the community and an user forgets the password, do not revoke the member. When you revoke a user from your community you do not delete their account. They may be a member of another IGLOO community, this is what that original date represents. Because a user may be a member of multiple communities that contain private information a community admin cannot change their password. Only a user has that power.
How do I reset my password?
Step 1 - Click on "Guest (Sign In)" Link, on the left top side of your community.
Step 2 - Click on "Forgot your password?"
Step 3 - Now, enter your e-mail address and click the "Submit" button.
A message box similar to that shown below will appear.
* If the message box doesn't appear, try another browser. You can experience issues using old browsers.
Step 4 - Open your e-mail and look for an e-mail from "membership@igloosoftware.com" (similar to that shown below). Click on "Change Your Password".
Step 5 - Enter your new password, retype to confirm and click on "Submit".
Done.
Troubleshooting
**Check your spam box in case you don't receive the e-mail from IGLOO.
*** If you don't receive the e-mail and It isn't in your spam box, you can require IGLOO to reset the password using this link:
http://support.igloosoftware.com/bugs
Don't forget to inform your user e-mail and the community link.
