Invitations

A Community Administrator can send an invitation to join a community. You can access the Invitations link in the Administration Panel. An invitation's custom content field has a character restriction of 2000, which includes any hidden HTML formatting.

  • You can send up to 20 invitations at once
  • Save and reuse your personal message by clicking "Remember this message"

 

Tips and Tricks

You can resend an invitation by clicking the action button and selecting Resend.

Try typing the custom content in notepad (no cutting and pasting) and then copy that into the content to remove formatting. 

Once you have sent a message click on the envelope to the left of the name to see the technical details.  This will help you verify if the message was successfully sent to the recipient.
