IGLOO Messages in Junk Mail

IGLOO messages going directly to your Junk folder in Microsoft Outlook?

Be sure to add IGLOO to your Safe Senders list.

To do this go to Outlook> Tools> Options> on the Preference tab, click Junk E-mail button> Junk E-mail pop-up window will appear, click Safe Senders tab> click Add and type in @igloosoftware.com

If this doesn't resolve your issue:

  1. Check with your IT department to ensure that the messages are not getting blocked at the server level
  2. Contact your community Administrator to ensure that your email address was typed in correctly.
  3. If your issue is related specifically to the registration process, check out our tips and tricks.
Note: Although IGLOO is constantly working on keeping our system emails out Junk Mail folders and off of Spam Filter lists, there are sometimes variables out of our control which affect these issues. The current issue with Microsoft Outlook seems to steam from a recent version update of the Outlfltr.dat file. Because these files are updated on a monthly basis, this issue may be temporary.
