- Remove formatting - Strips code/formatting, when pasting formatted content there may be div tags or span tags that can effect how the editor responds to other commands. Simply select the code, hit the eraser icon and all formatting will be removed.
- Unordered list - Use bullet points
- Ordered List - use numbered points
- Out-dent - Outdent text left (Out)
- Indent - Indent text right (In)
- Insert/edit Link - Hyperlink text in the editor to a page or file in your community
or using an external link - Unlink - Remove a link from hyperlinked text
- Undo (Ctrl+Z) - Undo a mistake or action
- Redo (Ctrl+Y) - Redo something you have deleted
- Spell Checker (English & French) - Check the spelling of text in the editor
- Paste from Word - Some text has lots of unnecessary styles, pictures and links. Use the "paste as plain text" function to get rid of the styling, pictures and links.
- Paste from Text - Many word processing programs and some websites insert extra text styling information. When you attempt to modify this information (using the tools above) unexpected formatting problems can occur. The "paste from Word" function neatens up the styling information, preventing some formatting problems
- Heading Type - Change between Heading sizes and Paragraph size text
- Font Size - Change font size
- Align - Using these buttons you can align text left, center, right and full
- Text Colour - Select text colour
- Background Colour - Change the colour that appears behind text
- Insert custom character - Choose from a large selection of custom characters
and insert them into your content - Insert/edit embedded media - Insert and edit media using a embedded code
- Insert/edit image - Insert an image from your computer, gallery or and external link
and edit its properties
- Insert a table - Place a table into the editor and select its properties
- Toggle visual aids - Toggle visual lines used for editing content placement
- HTML Mode - Open the HTML editor and view the source HTML

Can you link paragraph headers on the same page to a summary list of the header titles on the top of the page? To allow users to click on a word to bump them down to the coresponding paragraph?
