Why does the document I uploaded appear sideways?
Our Flashpaper program displays items according to how they would look if they were printed. If the program you have used to make the document saves it so that it will print sideways, it will appear sideways in our viewer. To check to see if your document will come out right click on "print preview" in your program.

Why can't I open a document that I have downloaded in Microsoft Office 2003?
People with Office 2003 sometimes cannot open a document they have downloaded because it is an Office 2007 document. It is recommended to those with Office 2007 to save their documents in Office 2003 format before uploading them to a community so that people who do not have Office 2007 yet can still download and open your documents. Flash Paper is compatible with either format allowing any documents to be viewed online.

How many times can I rate an object?
You can change your rating as many times and as you wish, but your rating only counts as one vote on the Average rating.

How do I add an event to the Calendar?
To add an event to the Calendar, Go to the Calendar page and click "Add event" near the top right. Fill in the name of the event and a brief description and any other details you feel are necessary and then click "Add Event at the bottom. The event will then be listed on the calendar page. You can click the event to view the additional details.

How do I add a document?
To add a document to a folder click the "add file" button. If you are adding multiple files click the Add Multiple files link. Documents are displayed using Flash Paper.

How do I add an image?
To add an image to a page you must first be in the edit mode (action button>edit). Click the "Insert Image" button at the top of the editor, then when the box appears, choose the Gallery album and then the image within it. From this You may also upload a picture from your computer into an album from this box by clicking "add image". You may also use an external link for displaying an image by clicking "External Link" and copying the image URL into the appropriate box. You can use the External Link option to insert images from within other folders of your website. To copy an image URL right click it and select "Copy Image location".

How do I create a table?
To create a table you must first be in the edit mode (action button>edit). Click the "Insert a New Table" button at the top of the editor, enter the relevant information and click insert. You may further edit details by right clicking on the table in the editor.

How do I make Hyperlinks to pages inside or outside my Community?
To make a Hyperlink to any page you must first be in edit mode (action button>edit). Highlight the item you wish to make a link. Copy the address of the page you wish to link to into the appropriate box. For links to pages within your Community it is good practice to leave out your site address (ie: http://support.igloosoftware.com) leaving only the last part (ie /wiki/editing_adding_changing) this ensures that the link will always go to the same page even if your Community Changes its Domain Name.
