Draft allows you to start a task as blog or wiki article and complete this task later.

Step 1

Start your article and add at least the required fields (titles, labels, etc.) and click on the "Save as Draft" button.

Step 2

It is possible to add other members as authors and send the task to another person to complete. To do this, click on the plus sign.

The "Add Author" screen will open. Start typing the name of the contributor. The platform will give you some options of names, based on your typing. Select the person you want to add.

Now, click the "Add" button.

The name will appear in the Authors list.

Note: If you want to send the task to the other author, select the name on "Pass to" and click on "Send". In this example, I am keeping the task to myself.

The article is saved on your To Do's. To open the task and complete the work, do the following.

Step 3

Click on your user name, on the left side of the User Bar and select "To Do's".

You will be able to find your task under the tab "In Work". Click on the task name to open.

Last Step

Now, click on "Edit".
