What is a bookmark?
The IGLOO Bookmark is a way to save links to important pages you to have access. It is possible to save as personal bookmarks or a community bookmarks (only administrators can save community bookmarks).
On the top left side of your community (right side of the user name) you can find a star icon . Click on this to access yours and the community bookmarks.
What is the difference between the IGLOO Bookmark and the browser bookmark/favorites?
The IGLOO Bookmark isn't a local bookmark. It is saved inside your account, community or both (in the cloud), making possible to open your links anywhere you can access your community.
How to save a community link as a bookmark?
To save a link to a page of your community, do the following steps:
Step 1: Click the star.
Step 2: Click the plus sign.
Step 3: Select the type of save as a personal link, as a community link or both.
If you save as a personal link, It will be located on the left side.
If you save as a "Personal bookmark", it will be located on both sides.
If you save as a "Community bookmark", It will be located just on your right side and it will be visible to other member of the community just on this side.
Saving an external link as a bookmark?
Step 1: Copy the link you want to save as a IGLOO bookmark.
Step 2: Click the star ...
Step 3: Choose a Title ...
Step 4: Paste the link on "URL" ...
Step 5: Check if you want as a "Personal", "Community" or both bookmarks.
Step 6: Click "Add" to confirm and save the bookmark.
Done.
How to delete a bookmark?
To delete a link, click the star, and click in "Edit".
It will appear a "x" mark on the right side of every link. Click on the "x" located on the side of the link you want to delete.
Bookmark deleted.
Enjoy the new feature.
