Note: Contact your community account manager to know how to acquire your Blackberry Client Application.

Step 1

Download and install the Blackberry Client Application (the application supports OS 4.2 and Up). The IGLOO icon will show up on your device's desktop - click to open the application.

 
Step 2

Add your community Name and URL (This information will be stored and be able to be selected again in the future clicking the button that shows the Available Communities).

 

Step 3

Type your e-mail and password.

It is possible to save your password by checking "Save password".

Step 4

Click on the button "Sign In". In case having more than 1 community, you can change the community you want to access clicking on "Change Community".

For authentication and security reasons the API calls go through a HTTPS connection. Your device may prompt you to accept these connections. The app will not work if these connections aren't accepted.

Step 5

Now that you have your access granted. Select the option of your choice. Sections with new data will be highlighted in bold font, providing the user with a path to follow to new content. 

Troubleshooting

Always remember to reboot your device after uninstalling the Blackberry Client Application. However, sometimes your device will cache or store application data even after an application version is deleted. If this happens you may experience error message when you try to access data on a newly installed application.
