Visualize files and folders

To see the list of your documents (files) and folders, select "Documents".

It is how a list of folders and documents looks like.

To open a folder, select the folder and click on the Trackpad key.

This action shows you the files inside the selected folder.

Document details

Select the document and click the Trackpad key.

It now shows you the date the document was posted; the date it was modified, the size and how many times the document was viewed.

Email link

To send an e-mail with the file link click on "Email Link" and …

… and type the e-mail address and click on the envelope.

Email File

To send an e-mail with the file link click on "Email File" and …

… and type the e-mail address, subject and the text message. Click on "Email File" button to send the email.

Edit Filename

To rename a file, first select the file…

… Click on the device's menu button …

… Select "Edit" …

… Scroll down to "Name:", type the name you want …

… and to confirm, click on "Edit Filename" button.

… The file details screen will be updated with the new name.
