Helping our customers succeed is our top priority and that's why we have put together a collection of cost effective and easy to use support packages that fit any need or budget.

Bronze

The Bronze Support Package provides you with access to IGLOO software experts who will resolve your issues and answer any queries or questions via email.

Silver

The Silver Support Package provides you with access to IGLOO software experts who will resolve your issues and answer any queries or questions you have via email.

Gold

The Gold Support Package provides you with access to IGLOO software experts who will resolve your issues and answer any queries or questions you have via telephone and email.

  • 50 support requests per year, one request per email
  • Only available as upgrade to Free Edition
  • Designate up to two named accounts authorized to initiate a ticket
  • Tickets will be responded to within 24 hours during our regular business hours
  • Access to a variety of free "self help" tools and programs
  • Support is for IGLOO's community solutions and does not include support for third party integration or customizations
  • Support hours are 9am ET to 5pm ET Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays
  • Support is available in English only
