Video preview

I'm uploading videos to my site but I cannot get a preview image (the one that you can see before clicking play).  I've seen some videos that have this preview, usually is the video's first frame. Maybe I'm not uploading the video in the right format. Wich should be ok (mpeg, avi, wmv...)?

At times the problem can be related to the filesize. I could not find this information reading the FlashPaper documentation, but I am afraid FlashPaper doesn't preview if the video is larger than 130MB.

If It isn't the case, please, access the link below to give me more details (as the video link in your community) and I will do tests here to help you.
