Problem accessing profile page
I sent an invite to a user to join our community. The user accepted the invitation and can access everything else but NOT their profile - the error message that is shown is "this page doesn't exist". I revoked their membership..sent another invitation but again the same thing. Strange!
Any help is appreciated.

To investigate further I will need the users email and your community URL. Please send this to support via this form (http://support.igloosoftware.com/bugreport)
In this case the issue was Lalit had a user who received an invitation from his community, during registration the user did not use the email the invitation was sent to but rather they used a Gmail account. Doing this results in her being able to access the community but not her profile. Their profile will be available and functional once they activate this new choice of email by going to their Gmail inbox and following the instructions in IGLOO's email.
