Export/Import Wiki content

Hi everybody,

I wanted to know if there is any way to export/import content from the Wiki. I would like to update the Wiki to mirror an external service we are using and if we can import and export new changes that would be very helpful, otherwise all the changes would have to be made manually...

Wiki formats are usually too different, so it's very likely you need to do it manually.
