Uploads through D.client don't show up

I've been going through Igloo Desktop to upload invoices to Ziggy.  It usually works fine but sometimes I save that way and the document will not show up.  In fact I tried to resave and it asked me if I wanted to copy over what was already saved but it wouldn't show the document.  I ended up saving to my hard drive and just uploading those particular files through Ziggy the regular way.  Any idea why that happens sometimes?

Hello Anurag, The current desktop client is being replaced by a new desktop client in early next year that will use webdav. This should correct this issue as well as offer 64 bit and Mac support.
