Embedding audio files
I'm trying to embed an audio file (mp3) into another page using the embed code from the posted audio. The resulting code does not display the audio player in the target page for some reason. I suspect the code is broken - see below
Any ideas?
<object width="425" height="85"><param name="movie" value="http://www.scra27.org/cmedia/swf/audio_player/mp3Player.swf"/><param name="wmode" value="transparent"/><param name="menu" value="false"/><param name="flashvars" value="file=http%3a%2f%2fwww.scra27.org%2fdownload%2fbiennialme%2fmedia%2f401wiefhlt%23.mp3&showdigits=total&audioTitle=Bill Berkowitz - Kalafat award address.mp3&errorMessage_loadFail={{apps-workarea-Unable_to_load_file}}"/><embed src="http://www.scra27.org/cmedia/swf/audio_player/mp3Player.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" flashvars="file=http%3a%2f%2fwww.scra27.org%2fdownload%2fbiennialme%2fmedia%2f401wiefhlt%23.mp3&showdigits=total&audioTitle=Bill Berkowitz - Kalafat award address.mp3&errorMessage_loadFail={{apps-workarea-Unable_to_load_file}}" wmode="transparent" menu="false" width="425" height="85"></embed></object>

The code provided seems to work for me.
I went to edit a page, clicked the insert/edit media button
and I pasted the code into the 'code block' field.
Are you doing anything differently?
I've tried by using the same method, but it is not working for me. I use the insert media button and paste the code and see the flash placeholder before clicking save.
and after clicking save, nothing but a blank space appears on the page where the placeholder was:
Any ideas?
What Internet browser are you using?

The Flashplayer on that page seems to work for me...
perhaps it is just a browser issue.
Yep, that's it, oops. Strange that I could see it on the original page, but not after embedding. Problem sovled though, thanks.
