Is there a way to initiate a password reset from the Control Panel?

Users have the ability to reset passwords from their profiles (edit profile area) or to request a reset of their password by selecting forgot your password when on the login page. As an administrator you are not able to reset members passwords. Any members profile is able to be used on other IGLOO communities and the member themselves have ultimate control over these kinds of administrative actions on their account.

Thank you for your question Michael.

Where do I submit a feature request to enable Administrators to be able to do this?

Users are able to reset their password by clicking the forgot a password link. If this is not sufficient you can submit a request for the feature to enable Administrators to reset passwords on the support home page http://support.igloosoftware.com/

I noticed the user with the problem has a Mac computer.  Does that affect things?

Use the Control Panel to manage memberships and group structure. Invite users on the fly and assign them to specific groups in the online community in seconds.
