Hello.

I am attempting to add other sites into my Other Profiles in My Profile.

I've added my Flickr info and saved. When I go to My Profile and then click on the Flickr badge, a new browser window opens and directs to "http://support.igloosoftware.com/.profile/www.flickr.com/photos/~username" producing an error. The new browser window should be directing only to "http://www.flickr.com/photos/~username". It also does this with the Facebook account options as well as under other user ID's in other communities.

Is there something that I'm missing or is this a known issue?

Hello,

This problem seems to occur when you exclude http:// from the address you enter

For now try entering
http://www.flickr.com/photos/~username instead of
www.flickr.com/photos/~username

This is a known issue and we are working on a fix to make this more user-friendly.
