Hi There,

We are creating a private community and wish to limit how much user information is shared amongst our members. Is it possbile to disable the 'briefcase', 'work' profile section and also some of the 'personal' inputs such as 'IM accounts' and 'other profiles'? I know that by default these are set to hidden in the privacy settings but would like to disable these if possible as it may confuse our members?

Thanks in advance.
Jordan

Briefcase is personal, so it will not be shared between members no matter what they do. With regards to the profile fields, the only way to manage what shows and what does not is by the person who owns the account via the Privacy Settings. Unfortunately there is no way to control the default privacy settings community-wide or enforce them by an Administrator.
