Single User in Multiple Communities

How can I add a user already in community #1 to community #2 ? I am admin for community #2, I am not a member of community #1.

When I sent an invitation to the this user, the response indicated that they were already registered with igloo??

They can login using their same email and password used for community #1. The process of registering is for users who do not yet have an IGLOO profile, following the link in the invitation email they can select sign in from the screen which appears. This will add the user to community #2.
