Excluding Groups from Access?

Is there a way to exclude user groups from getting access to a page, instead of granting access?  i.e. let "Members" group get access to a page, but then exclude anyone in "Group B" from getting access.  So someone is a member of Members, and a member of Group B, but access is denied to a page because of his Group B membership, even though he belongs to Members.

I don't know of a way to do it as you've described, Steve.  I think if not everyone has access, then you pretty much have to go down the list on the Acces page and assign who does/does not have access one-by-one.  Good idea though!
