Where do I download and upload css files

hello im looking to find all of the css files that power igloo, i have seen several articles saying there is a css folder but how can I override that?

Access Theme from the control panel, from there depending on which editor appears you will want to select the link at the bottom of the page called Advanced Editor.
This gives you access to the custom CSS file in an editor. This is the location which the CSS file is edited.
