... doesn't really fit anywhere, but the sequence of files/folders should be modifiable... currently, it appears that they are sorted alphabetically, but all commobnly use sorting options (date uploaded, date modified etc) as well as manual sorting should also be possible.

Community Administrators will be able to create traditional web pages instead of restricting them to content management folders. Pages will be the canvases for widgets which will enable the creation of page layouts that can include both static HMTL elements and dynamic community content.
