In relation to the log of who has viewed or downloaded a document, which is visible to administrators: is it possible to disable this?

I am afraid not on the client side. Many of our customers push for more tracking and more reporting so we haven't considered any features to disable tracking and reporting. \

Community Administrators will be able to create traditional web pages instead of restricting them to content management folders. Pages will be the canvases for widgets which will enable the creation of page layouts that can include both static HMTL elements and dynamic community content.
