With the recent software upgrade in Forums, we lost the Categories we used to section our discussions for different audiences.  For example, we used to have a Focus Group section where topics under there were related to timeframes and discussions for focus group work only.  Now, those topics are just under Channels with the rest of the topics and there's no way to distinguish them anymore.

Anyone else used Categories before and finding this lost of data hard to adapt in the new verison?  What kind of conversion tactics are you using to resolve this?

One option I'm thinking of is to rename the Channel to include the old category names, for example: Focus Group - Feedback, Focus Group - Exercise, etc.  Thought?
